By downloading, installing, or using WE999 Game (we999gamez.com.pk), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Read them before using the platform. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

1. Eligibility

WE999 is open to users who meet all of the following conditions:

  • Aged 18 or above (or the minimum legal age in your region, whichever is higher)

  • Located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and earning apps are not legally prohibited

  • Registering one account per person. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are not permitted.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet these conditions.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each user may hold one active WE999 account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. WE999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user sharing their password or OTP with another person, or failing to secure their device. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and contact the support team.

3. Deposits

The minimum deposit is Rs 100. Deposits are accepted via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer, all in Pakistani Rupees. Funds are credited to the WE999 wallet almost instantly after a transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. WE999 is not responsible for delays originating from third-party payment services.

4. Withdrawals

The daily withdrawal limit is Rs 50,000. Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. Account verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed. Verified accounts receive withdrawals within minutes to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or a registered bank account. Bank transfers may take additional processing time depending on the receiving institution. WE999 does not charge hidden withdrawal fees on verified accounts.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements in effect at the time of the promotion. Bonus funds must be used in gameplay before any associated amount becomes eligible for withdrawal. WE999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any bonus programme at any time.

Abuse of bonus structures — including creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, or coordinating with other users to exploit referral or milestone systems — will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on WE999:

  • Creating or using more than one account per person

  • Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to play games, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform

  • Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform errors or technical bugs

  • Using the platform in connection with any activity that violates applicable Pakistani law

  • Sharing account credentials or allowing another person to play on your registered account

WE999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found engaging in prohibited activities, with or without prior notice, and to withhold funds where abuse is confirmed.

7. APK Download

WE999 Game is distributed as a direct APK from the official website at we999gamez.com.pk. Downloading the APK from any unofficial source is at the user's own risk. WE999 accepts no responsibility for issues, data loss, account compromise, or device damage arising from unofficial or modified versions of the app.

8. Platform Availability

WE999 provides the platform on an as-is basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside the platform's control may result in temporary unavailability. WE999 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

WE999's liability to any individual user, in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform, shall not exceed the current balance of that user's wallet at the time of the relevant event.

10. Changes to These Terms

WE999 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of WE999 Game are subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
